United Arab Emirates
Entry is possible with a completed PLF form, PCR test* or a document confirming the full course of vaccination.

Entry mode:

Nationals of Ukraine with a normal passport can obtain a visa on arrival for a maximum stay of 30 days. They can apply to extend their stay for an additional 30 days.

Passengers with a normal passport and a confirmation that a visa has been approved before departure can obtain a visa on arrival for a maximum stay of 96 hours, 30 days or 90 days. Passengers must have a passport valid for a minimum of 6 months from the arrival date. The visa approved before departure must be deposited by the sponsor at the Immigration Authorities.

E-visas can be obtained before departure at https://amer.gdrfad.gov.ae/auth/signin (for Dubai) or https://smartservices.ica.gov.ae/echannels/web/client/default.html#/login (for other emirates). Passengers must have a printed e-visa confirmation.

Passengers traveling as tourists arriving at Dubai (DXB) or Sharjah (SHJ) with a return/onward ticket must have health insurance

Passengers arriving at Dubai (DXB):

  • - are subject to medical screening, and
  • - must download and register the COVID-19 DXB Smart App.

Passengers entering Sharjah (SHJ):
The passenger must have insurance, which covers medical expenses in case of CIVID-19. Also a negative PCR test, in English, made no earlier than 72 hours before crossing the border and downloaded the ALHOSN application. Passengers could be subject to quarantine. This does not apply to passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated with AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), AstraZeneca (SK Bioscience), Covishield, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm, Sinovac or Sputnik V.

Armenia
Entry is possible with a PCR test* or a document confirming the full course of vaccination.
*made within 72 hours before entry

Entry mode:

Citizens of Ukraine are allowed to enter hospitable Armenia.

The passenger must provide a certificate at the crossing point of the state border of Armenia, confirming the negative result of the PCR test, obtained not later than 72 hours before crossing the border. The certificate must be in Armenian, Russian or English on the official form of the organization that conducted the study and contain: all contact details of the organization, name of the director of the institution, name and date of birth of the subject, number of his passport, study result, signature of the head and seal.

No test required:

  • - children under 1 year;
  • - availability of a full vaccination certificate (the second dose must be received no later than 14 days before entry);

Azerbaijan
Entry is possible with a completed PLF form, PCR test* and a document confirming the full course of vaccination.
*made within 72 hours before entry

Entry mode:

According to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated January 13, 2022, Ukraine has been added to the list of countries whose citizens have the right to enter Azerbaijan by air.

Travelers need to provide:

  • – a document confirming the completion of the full course of vaccination (two doses (one dose when vaccinated with Johnson & Johnson and Sputnik Light vaccine)) - the certificate is accepted ONLY printed from the Diia portal with a QR code;
  • – as well as a certificate of a negative PCR test result for coronavirus received within 72 hours before the flight departure.

These documents will be checked at check-in at the airport.

Passengers aged from 1 to 18 years old - upon presentation of a certificate of a negative result of a PCR test for coronavirus received within 72 hours prior to flight departure. Children under one year of age do not need to present a COVID passport or test result.

Citizens who enter by decision of the operational headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan must also have a printed medical certificate of a negative PCR test for coronavirus (COVID-19), issued no later than 72 hours before the flight to Azerbaijan. A certificate is not required for children under one year of age. The child’s age is calculated taking into account the departure date.

Bulgaria
Entry is possible with a document confirming the full course of vaccination or similar document containing the same data as the EU digital COVID certificate.

Entry mode:

From 01 to 31 July 2021, entry into Bulgaria will be carried out according to the assessment of the spread of COVID-19 in the respective countries according to the criteria and the placement of countries in colored zones (green, orange and red).

The list of countries by color zones will be determined based on information from POPs and will be revised at least once a week.

All persons arriving from countries outside the EU, EEA, Swiss Confederation and who are NOT from the list of countries of the red zone are considered to be entering from the orange zones and will only be allowed into the country after presenting a valid digital COVID certificate of the EU vaccination, transfer disease or the results of a study, or a similar document containing the same data as the EU digital COVID certificate.

That is, today, citizens of Ukraine who enter Bulgaria from Ukraine will be allowed into the country only after presenting a valid digital COVID EU certificate of vaccination, disease transfer or the results of a study, or a similar document containing the same data, and digital COVID EU certificate.

Vaccines recognized by Bulgaria - AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), AZD1222 (SK Bioscience Co Ltd.), Covieshield, Janssen, Moderna, Pfizer-BioNTech, Sinopharm, Sinovac (CoronaVac) and Sputnik V

!!! The patient's medical data required for the COVID certificate will be taken from the e-health system, and the document can be generated in Diia. You can check the validity of the certificate by using the QR code.

Children under 12 years old are allowed to enter the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria without providing the above documents.

Cyprus
Entry is possible after registration on the CyprusFlightPass platform with a PCR test* or a document confirming the completion of a full course of vaccination.

Entry mode:

To enter the island, tourists need:

• register on the CyprusFlightPass platform - ttps://cyprusflightpass.gov.cy/en/application-processh receive a personal flight access card (CyprusFlightPass) - all passengers without exception, incl. children;

• have a negative PCR test result made no more than 72 hours before departure (the test must be in English);

• upon arrival in Cyprus, undergo a second PCR test (cost 30 euros at Larnaca airport and 32 euros at Paphos airport). The test result will be sent to the traveler via SMS within 3:00. Until the result is obtained, the citizen must remain in self-isolation at home.

*Children under 12 years of age are exempt from testing.

Since May 10, Cyprus has been accepting vaccinated tourists without PCR tests and quarantine.

Vaccines recognized by Cyprus:

Before traveling to the Cyprus Flight Pass platform, you must download a copy of your vaccination certificate and provide certain vaccination details. The validation of the certificate is verified exclusively by the border services of the country of departure. The passenger is personally responsible for providing false information and in this case will be subject to penalties upon arrival in Cyprus.

It should be noted that the Republic of Cyprus still reserves the right to arbitrarily test any flight, including vaccinated passengers.

Czechia
From December 27, foreigners who do not have a permanent residence permit in the Czech Republic, including those vaccinated, must present a negative PCR test* result when entering the Czech Republic .
*made within 72 hours before entry

Entry mode:

A negative test result should not be presented by persons who have received the third dose of vaccination with certified vaccines, children under 12 years old, as well as children from 12 to 18 years old who have completed a full course of vaccination (2 doses). For foreigners who have a permanent residence permit in the Czech Republic, this rule will take effect from January 3, 2022.

For visa-free entry to the Czech Republic you need a valid biometric passport and get a health insurance policy for the entire period of stay in the country.

Citizens of Ukraine who have been fully vaccinated with one of the EU-approved vaccines listed below can enter the Czech Republic for any purpose without the need for self-isolation. You will only need to fill in the registration form before arrival.

Completely vaccinated are persons (must be at least 14 days after the second dose, in the case of a two-stage vaccine) of one of the following vaccines:

  • - AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria);
  • - Moderna (Spikevax);
  • - Pfizer BioNTech (Comirnaty);
  • - Johnson & Johnson (Janssen);
  • - Covishield.

To obtain an entry permit as a fully vaccinated person, you will need to provide a digital COVID certificate obtained on the Diia app or printed from the Diia portal.

Children under 18 years of age traveling with their parents or legal guardians are eligible to enter the Czech Republic.

Children under the age of 6 and children whose mental abilities and current mental state do not allow compliance with anti-epidemiological measures are not required to be tested for Covid-19. After entering the Czech Republic, they must be in self-isolation for 5 days.

For children from 6 to 12 years old traveling with their parents from Ukraine to the Czech Republic, the electronic arrival form must also be completed before the trip. In addition, within 5 days from the moment of arrival in the Czech Republic, they must do a PCR test on the territory of the Czech Republic and be on self-isolation until a negative result is obtained.

It is also allowed to enter the citizens of Ukraine who have a certificate of recovery from Covid-19, issued in the Diia application or on the Diia portal (with a QR code), provided that at least 11 days and no more than 180 days have passed since the first positive test.

Entry for non-vaccinated Ukrainian citizens to the Czech Republic is prohibited, with the exception of those who have a residence permit in the Czech Republic or a visa issued by the authorities of the Czech Republic. Citizens of Ukraine who have a residence permit in another EU country - an appropriate plastic card (ATTENTION! A long-term visa is not considered such a permit), are allowed to enter if there is confirmation of the purpose of the trip.

Egypt
Starting from 01 Sep 2020 entry to all Egyptian airports for all nationalities (include the Egyptians), isn’t allowed without PCR test certificate (negative result)*

Entry mode:

Attention! The validity of a foreign passport of Ukrainian citizens must be at least 6 months (from the date of arrival in Egypt).

Dear passengers traveling from Ukraine to Egypt, please pay your attention to the need to have a form completed in English, available at the link, for the successful passage of border control at the airport of arrival.

Kindly be informed that cabinet of ministers has issued a decree which will be effective from 01 Sep 2020 and contains the following:

  • - Entry to all Egyptian airports for all nationalities ( include the Egyptians ), isn’t allowed without PCR test certificate ( negative result ) 72 hours before the arrival date.
  • - Children ( Age less than 6 years ) are exempted from PCR test certificate .

Negative PCR test certificate must be presented by the passenger on arrival in Egypt must meet the following conditions:

  • - original bill with a stamp and QR-code in paper or electronic form (on the phone / tablet / etc.), issued by a laboratory accredited by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine
  • - obligatory one hard copy of this certificate, which is taken by the representatives of the Quarantine Service at the airports of Egypt
  • - English (or Arabic) only
  • - with registered test date and time
  • - The certificate (in electronic or paper form) must be free of scratches, crossings and additions.

The vaccination certificate in the "Diya" application is acceptable for crossing the border.

Spain
From 15th of November, Ukrainian citizens, who have received a full course of vaccination against Covid 19, will be allowed to enter Spain from Ukraine, with a vaccine recognized by the World Health Organization or the European Medicines Agency (after 14 days from the date of the last dose).

Entry mode:

All passengers arriving in Spain by air, including for the purpose of transit to other countries, must fill in the form of sanitary control in advance (on the portal of the Ministry of Health of Spain or by downloading the mobile application Spain Travel Health –SpTH– by phone) and receive a QR code to be provided upon request by representatives of the carrier"s company before boarding, as well as sanitary control services at the checkpoint at the port or airport upon arrival in Spain.

Georgia
Entry is possible with a filled out special form, PCR test* or a document confirming the completion of a full course of vaccination.

Entry mode:

Dear passengers. We look forward to welcoming you on board our flights and remind you of the rules for entering picturesque Georgia.

Before crossing the state border, you must fill out a special form, indicating your travel history for the last 14 days, contact information (address, phone number, email address, etc.): https://stopcov.ge/en/Protocol . Citizens who travel by air from any country can enter Georgia if they have a document confirming the full course (two doses) of any vaccination against COVID-19 at the border checkpoints of Georgia;

The passenger must have a certificate of PCR testing carried out no more than 72 hours before entering Georgia. Children regardless of age should undergo PCR testing; on the 3rd day of stay, be sure to undergo PCR testing at your own expense. Test results are sent to travelers by email within 24 hours. In case of positive results, the National Center for Disease Control and Public Health will be informed by telephone, and the infected will be taken to the appropriate medical facility;

Greece
Entry is possible with a completed PLF form, PCR test* or a document confirming the full course of vaccination.
*made within 72 hours before entry

Entry mode:

Greece is waiting for tourists, including from Ukraine.

The passenger must fill out the PLF forms - https://travel.gov.gr/#/ (must be completed 24 hours before entry). Confirmation of the completion of the electronic PLF form, which is automatically sent by the system to the passenger by e-mail, is considered a necessary travel document. This PLF form with a QR code is deemed necessary for entry at any entry point;

Vaccination certificate over 14 days (Pfizer BioNtech, Moderna, Astra Zeneca / Oxford, Novavax, Johnson + Johnson / Janssen, Sinovac Biotech, Gamaleya (Sputnik), Cansino Biologics, Sinopharm) or negative PCR test no more than 72 hours before entry in English; or the passenger must have a certificate of a past illness or a positive PCR test or antibody test, valid from 2 to 9 months from the date of issue;

The requirements also apply to children aged 5 and over.

Ukraine
Attention! Ukraine is tightening the entry requirements for citizens and foreigners.

Entry mode:

From August 5, 2021, citizens of Ukraine and all foreign tourists over 18 years old, who have not been vaccinated against coronavirus and cross the state border to enter must install the Vdoma mobile app, which monitors self-isolation.

Self-isolation is not required if the person leaves the country within 72 hours. You can also avoid 10 days of self-isolation if you undergo PCR testing or a rapid antigen test within 72 hours of entry and get a negative result.

Unvaccinated citizens arriving from Russia or India (including in transit) must undergo a mandatory 14-day quarantine without the possibility of early termination.

Entry to Ukraine from August 5 for foreigners, including holders of a temporary residence permit, and stateless persons

All foreigners, regardless of age and country of arrival to enter Ukraine must have an insurance policy (certificate) issued by an insurance company registered in Ukraine or a foreign insurance company with a representative office in Ukraine or a contractual relationship with the insurance company-partner on the territory of Ukraine (assistance), which covers the costs associated with the treatment of COVID-19, observation, and is valid for the entire period of stay in Ukraine.

And also have one of these documents:

• document confirming receipt of a full course of vaccination from COVID-19 with WHO-approved vaccines for emergency use: Pfizer / BioNTech, Johnson & Johnson’‎s Janssen, AstraZeneca / Vaxzevria, AstraZeneca / Covishield (India), AstraZeneca / SKBio (South Korea), Moderna / Spikevax, Sinopharm, CoronaVac (Sinovac) - this can be an international, domestic or foreign vaccination certificate; or

• negative result of the rapid test for coronavirus antigen SARS-CoV-2 (RAT, Ag), made within 72 hours before entry; or

• negative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test for COVID-19 no more than 72 hours before entry.

Recovery certificates and certificates of antibodies to COVID-19 are not accepted for entry.

Children under 12 do not need test certificates. Children from 12 to 18 years old will have to have one of the above documents, but are exempt from self-isolation with the installation of the app "Vdoma".

If the required vaccination certificate is not available, the foreigner installs the application "Vdoma" and undertakes to begin self-isolation 72 hours after entry. During this time, the person will be able to either leave the country (without passing additional tests), or undergo PCR testing or perform a rapid test for antigen - in case of a negative result, self-isolation is not used.

If within 72 hours from the moment of crossing the border the country was not left or negative test result was not received - the person must isolate himself for 10 days in the place specified during the authorization in the application "Vdoma". It is also possible to stop self-isolation early, having received a negative result of the PCR test or the express test for antigen.

IMPORTANT! Unvaccinated citizens (with exceptions) who travel from Russia or India (including in transit) and have been on their territory for more than 7 days in the last 14 days will have to adhere to self-isolation for 14 days and will not be able to take a test in Ukraine to avoid or reduce self-isolation.

In case of impossibility or refusal to install the mobile application at home, the person will be denied crossing the state border.
