COVID-19
The spread of COVID-19 in the world is a new challenge for all air transport participants. Bees Airline follows all the recommendations of the relevant industry authorities and uses all safety measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and to protect the health of its passengers.
We kindly ask all Bees Airline passengers to comply with the following requirements to maintain their health and the health of others:
All passengers over the age of 6 must wear protective medical masks during the whole trip.
Make sure you have enough masks for your entire trip, keeping in mind that the medical mask should be changed every 2-4 hours or as soon as it gets wet.
Do not use respirators with an exhalation valve.
Before planning a trip, please read the general rules for traveling within Ukraine, for crossing the border of Ukraine and the country of destination in connection with the establishment of quarantine restrictions.
Current rules for traveling within Ukraine and crossing the border of Ukraine are regulated by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as of December 9, 2020 №1236 with the latest changes approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 1066 as of October 11, 2021.

All foreign citizens, holders of temporary residence permits and stateless persons, regardless of the country of arrival to enter Ukraine must have a policy (certificate, certificate) of insurance issued by an insurance company registered in Ukraine or a foreign insurance company that has the representative in Ukraine or a contractual relationship with a partner insurance company in Ukraine (assistance), covers the costs associated with the treatment of COVID-19, observation, and is valid for the period of stay in Ukraine (except for a clearly defined category of persons) and one of such documents:
- negative result of testing for COVID-19 by PCR (not more than 72 hours before crossing the border); negative result of the express test for the antigen of the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 (not more than 72 hours before crossing the border);
- a document confirming receipt of a full course of vaccination from COVID-19 with vaccines included by the World Health Organization in the list of permitted for use in emergencies, issued in accordance with the International Health Regulations or in accordance with international agreements on mutual recognition of documents concluded by Ukraine about vaccination against COVID-19;
- foreign COVID-certificate confirming vaccination against COVID-19 with vaccines included by the World Health Organization in the list of permitted for use in emergencies, the negative result of testing for COVID-19 by the method of polymerase chain reaction or recovery of a person from COVID-19, issued by the authorized bodies of foreign states with which Ukraine has concluded international agreements on mutual recognition of COVID-certificates.
In the absence of the above mentioned documents (COVID-19 insurance policy and / or a negative COVID-19 test result, a document confirming receipt of the full course of vaccination) and in case of impossibility to install or refuse to install the mobile application "Act at home" by the person that is a subject to self-isolation, such a person will be denied crossing the state border of Ukraine.
In case of receiving a full course of vaccination from COVID-19 using vaccines included in the WHO list of permitted for use in emergencies, a foreigner is not a subject to self-isolation after crossing the border.
Self-isolation is not applied if within 72 hours from the moment of entry into the territory of Ukraine to pass PCR testing or to make the express test for antigen and to receive a negative result.
Unvaccinated citizens arriving in Ukraine from Russia or India must undergo a mandatory 14-day quarantine without the possibility of its early termination.
Starting from September 20, 2021 foreigners and stateless persons who enter Ukraine for the purpose of transfer and have documents confirming their departure from the country within 48 hours are exempted from self-isolation and, accordingly, the establishment of the application "Action at home" and testing in Ukraine.
Starting from October 21, 2021 for traveling between the regions of Ukraine, where a "yellow", "orange" or "red" level of epidemiological danger has been established, passenger transportation is allowed under the conditions that passengers have one of the following documents:
- a document confirming the receipt of a full course of vaccination or a document confirming the receipt of a single dose of a two-dose vaccine for regions of the "yellow" level of epidemic danger;
- an international, domestic or foreign certificate confirming vaccination against COVID-19 with one dose of a single-dose vaccine or two doses of a two-dose vaccine approved by the WHO for use in emergencies, a negative polymerase chain reaction test or recovery from the mentioned disease confirmed by the Unified state web portal of electronic services, in particular with the use of the mobile application of the Portal Diia (Diia);
- a negative result of testing for COVID-19 by PCR or express test for coronavirus antigen SARS-CoV-2, which is valid for 72 hours.

Please note that access to airport terminals is currently temporarily restricted for accompanying persons. Only passengers, airline and airport employees, as well as persons accompanying special categories of passengers (passengers with special needs, etc.) have access.
Due to the need to keep distance of 1.5-2 m during all formal procedures at the airport, during boarding / disembarking from the aircraft, we recommend to arrive at the airport in advance.
At the entrance to the airport terminal and while boarding the aircraft, all passengers, airline and airport employees are subject to temperature screening and external health assessment. If a passenger is diagnosed with fever and / or symptoms of COVID-19, access to the terminal and carriage will be denied.
The airline also recommends washing your hands as often as possible or treating them with disinfectants throughout the trip.
In accordance with the established requirements, Bees Airline disinfects the cabin before each flight.
The aircrafts are equipped with highly efficient HEPA filters that clean the air in the cabin of the aircraft, which is supplied every 2-3 minutes.
We sincerely believe that only the joint implementation of all sanitary and epidemiological rules will counteract the spread of COVID-19. Therefore, we ask you to comply with all the above requirements as much as possible!

COVID-19 related travel denial conditions
I understand that I should not arrive at the airport for a flight if any of the following circumstances are discovered:
- I was diagnosed with COVID-19* at any time within 14 days before my flight.
- I have had any relevant symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, recent cough, loss of taste or smell, shortness of breath) in the last 8 days before my flight.
- I am sure that I was in close contact (for example, less than 2 meters for more than 15 minutes) with a person who was diagnosed with COVID-19 within 14 days before my flight.
- I am required by local or national regulations to be quarantined for COVID-19-related reasons for a period that includes the date of my flight departure.
In case of any of the above mentioned circumstances, I will contact Bees Airline prior to departure. I understand that any of these circumstances found at the airport will cause the denial of my trip.
I confirm that these requirements apply to each passenger for whom I book tickets.
